Australia Protests - Sydney Olympic Park - Day 3
The chanting reached a crescendo on day 3 of the Australian protests. Louder, stronger and more powerful than ever, the message was clearly heard, ‘DALAI LAMA. STOP LYING!’.
With the numbers swelling for the weekend protests, the positive energy and determination was the strongest yet.
Despite the bitter cold, protesters demonstrated the depth of their compassionate intention as they cheerfully maintained their enthusiasm for nearly 12 hours.
Australia is listening and the protests have successfully brought the Dalai Lama’s image and negative actions into question.
Keen to continue delivering a heartfelt message until the end of the day, the protesters waited happily in the dark until they could start chanting again. Bursting with enthusiasm and humming with vigor, they whispered the words “Dalai Lama. Stop Lying”, until they were once again given the green light to communicate their compassion.
And for the first time the Western Shugden Society protested in the dark – their faces could not be seen but their voices were stronger than ever.
